Every Studio Avela print is made to order and dispatched with care. Here is everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.
Processing Time
All orders are printed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days across Australia. Total time from order to delivery is generally 4-8 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your print every step of the way. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we are working toward — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Framed canvas prints are wrapped and boxed securely so your piece is protected throughout its journey.

If you need to change your delivery address please contact us at Contact@studioavela.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order goes into production.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.
Absolutely — simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and the order will be sent directly to them.
We do not currently offer express shipping. If you have an urgent order please reach out to us at Contact@studioavela.com and we will do our best to help.
