Returns & Refunds

Every Studio Avela print is made to order with care. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

As all pieces are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully — including size, orientation, and frame colour — before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply get in touch at Contact@studioavela.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.

How Long Does it Take?

Once your replacement has been approved we will dispatch a new order within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once it is on its way.

What We Need From You

To process your replacement as quickly as possible please include the following when you contact us:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or incorrect item
  • Your full name and delivery address

✦ Common Questions

Orders go into production quickly, but if you need to cancel please contact us at Contact@studioavela.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help but cannot guarantee cancellation once printing has begun.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.

No — you do not need to return the damaged item. A photo is all we need to process your replacement.
